Training Overview (4 Days)


An intensive, highly practical program, with demonstrations, supervised practice sessions, and progressive clinical integration.

Structural Integration & Fascia In-depth understanding of the fascial system, structural alignment assessment techniques, and strategies for releasing chronic tensions.

Movement Education & Functional Patterns Analysis of movement patterns, identification of dysfunctions, and teaching optimal and economical movement strategies.

Somatic Psychology & Therapeutic Dialogue Somatic dialogue techniques, facilitation of body awareness, and integration of emotional dimensions of bodywork.

Integrative Sessions & Clinical Application Complete integration of all three dimensions, supervised practice, and development of personalized clinical protocols.

Day 1: Structural Integration

  • To assess structural alignment
  • The connection between structure and function
  • Strategies to correct postural deviations
  • To unwind and release tension and strain in the body

Day 2: Hellerwork Movement Education

  • How movement patterns influence the body
  • To assess yours and your client's movement patterns
  • To teach movement education

Day 4: Putting It All Together to Create Lasting Change

  • Watching Hellerwork Session Demonstration
  • Students learn to do the session skills
  • Students trade a session with another student
